DELIVERY INFORMATION
- When your order is placed you will automatically receive an email advising our system has received this order.
- You will receive a further email advising we have received and processed your order and your items are being sent to us from the Canterbury warehouse, this takes approximately 4 or 5 working days to arrive with us from this date.
- When we have received your items from the Canterbury warehouse you will receive an email advising your order is dispatched and will be delivered to you in the next few days of receiving this email.
- You will receive a final email on the day the courier is delivering your order to you.
- If you haven't received an email it may be because your email server may have put these emails in your spam folder so please check your spam mail.
- Like any Teamwear Specialist our clients requirements are so varied and all orders placed with us are built to suit your individual club. All clothing, bags and other items are ordered to these specific requirements from the manufacturing company who hold stock in their depot as we simply offer too many items of Kit and Training Wear to hold in store. These are delivered to us in approximately 5 working days - holiday weekends may add an additional day onto this (please allow up to an additional 2 to 3 days during Canterbury's peak season between mid-June to end of August and also mid-October to end of December).
- If you require items urgently please contact us before you place the order so we can check stock. Printed and Numbered kits are usually despatched to you within 7 to 10 working days of your order being processed. If you require Embroidery then this may add an additional 5 to 7 days. Delivery times may be improved on "urgent" jobs. Please contact us for details.
- If any items are out of stock we aim to inform you by the next working day (unless closed for holidays, or over weekends and public holidays) of the date of expected delivery. You can decide whether you wish to proceed with order, which will be delivered when back in stock. If this is not suitable then you have the options of ordering an alternative item/items or a full refund if the item coming into stock is going to be longer than 2 weeks.
- If you are unsure in any way about sizing please either email or call us for advice or order a sample from us first
- If anything is unclear or you wish to check stock please email us your requirements directly at info@rugby-kit.co.uk or call us on 0141 776 5556 rather than place the order online. We can check stock and advise you if there are any issues and we will then only process when you have advised us that you are happy to proceed.
- For ease of purchase and to keep your carriage prices low all delivery charges are per delivery of carton/cartons up to and including 20kg no matter how many items you have ordered. If there are any additional delivery charges we will inform you before processing your order, this is mainly for International orders that may require additional carriage costs if you are buying large bulk, however additional charges are highly unlikely.
- If you wish to return any items or require a replacement please advise us by first emailing info@rugby-kit.co.uk and include your order number. Please return to the address in the invoice/paperwork in perfect condition with all tags attached and in the clear Canterbury plastic bag. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any garments that have been personalised or any base layers for hygiene purposes.
